Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking appears as soon as the carrier accepts the parcel.
Can I return a fitted item?
Unused items with original tags can be returned within 30 days. Keep fur, odors, and outdoor wear away until fit is confirmed.
